Returns & Exchanges
In addition to your statutory rights, we will offer a refund on any of our items returned unworn and in a saleable condition with the original box/guarantees within 14 days of receipt of item. For reasons of hygiene earrings and any other pierced items cannot be returned for any reasons unless proven faulty when purchased.
Any items that have been engraved, by us or any other source, will not be refunded or exchanged.
You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. We suggest you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and keep proof of sending, as the items are your responsibility until they arrive with us.
